2011 Update
Welcome to what is to be one of the most intense years of change! There is no stopping the changes we are all
experiencing...just embrace 'surrender' as your 2011 affirmation. The changes that I am referring to are for the highest
good for the collective consciousness. I remember living in the south/midwest...as a young girl appalled by the prejudice
of skin color. I was fortunate...being raised by my parents who were not a part of that bias, I was shocked by the actions
of white people in general. I remember thinking...and saying to the 'God' of my understanding...if we are too messed
up...(the human race)...blow us up...start over again. I have thought the same thing over the years. With all of the focus
on lust, greed, and separation...how can we all as collective consciousness start anew? We are about to really look at our
world's system of power, where it is severely lacking integrity. I believe with all of my heart, that as we saw the 'Berlin
wall' come down...we will have amazing changes in our world over the next few years. It won't happen overnight, before
any new birth...first comes labor pains...we are all in on this...it's what we signed up for with our 'Sacred Contracts' when
we took our first breath.
There is a new store in Folsom...Heart to Hearth, located at 6611 Folsom-Auburn BLVD. Suite L. They are offering many
healing modalities to help us keep our balance, during this high frequency energy input happening now. It's difficult to
stay focused, as our linear part of our brain is slowing down...while our intuitive function is becoming stronger.
Meditation, Reiki bodywork, Cranial Sacral therapy...and Feng Shui are all methods to help us go with the flow. Getting all

Well, the planetary activity encouraging collective change, with their various connections these next few years...we will
find out. I highly recommend ordering the Dec/Jan/11 issue of the Mountain Astrologer if you are interested in
understanding a larger look at the challenges/shifts we have all agreed to at this particular time in history. While it
doesn't explain every detail about the planets, you should be able to interpret the meaning, fairly easily, without being

We have six Super-Moons in 2011, three New, three Full...these are extremely powerful times of shifting our
understanding. Also, they generate stronger gravitational pulls on coastal tides, and weather patterns. Our psyches are
more easily shifted..emotions surge, and viewpoints...as new ways of understanding become more clear. Pay close
attention during these dates for any 'epiphanies/ahas' you may have. The dates for the Super-Moons are February 18,
Full Moon at 29 degrees Leo...March 19, Full Moon at 28 degrees Virgo...April 17 Full Moon at 27 degrees
Libra...September 27 New Moon four degrees Libra...October 26 New Moon three degrees Scorpio...November 24 New
Moon 2 degrees Sagittarius.

Alright...now to the major planetary shifts...will start with Jupiter:
Jupiter is considered the planet of fortune and opportunities, used at its highest level of operating...the lowest, being
excessive behaviour; encouraging one to be 'full' of themselves. It is currently moving through Aries, leaving its stay in
Pisces Jan. 22 2011. It moves more quickly than the other 'outer' planets ruling generational change...usually staying in a
sign for one year. Moving quickly through Aries, into the next sign of Taurus June 5th...staying in this sign till mid June
2012.
Those of you with prominent Aries/ Libra, Cancer/ Capricorn, are encouraged to use this opportunity for expansion
wisely, as I have told you...it rules excess as well...so, use care in the way you use this placement. You can make great
strides in allowing more of what you want, in areas of career, personal love, finances...etc. However, with Jupiter, you
must make the move to achieve what you want...it doesn't create enough hardship, to really force your hand in what you
are trying to achieve. Unfortunately, we humans usually move off our 'comfort zones' when life gets tough...I know that is
how I am...Jupiter just transited my career sector, I didn't make a move to shift into action until the very last challenge to
my sector that rules 'I am'. Taurus/Scorpio, Aquarius/Leo, it's your turn for expansion starting in June 2011, through mid
June 2012; use guidelines above. Remember, we all have these signs/degrees somewhere in our charts, so If you feel
like expanding in some area in your life...go for it...Jupiter will not visit these signs again for 12 years.
On a global level...Jupiters challenges with Pluto, and Saturn in 2010/11, as well as taking its' journey with Uranus in Aries
in 2011, will bring 'light' to abundant, free, renewable energy sources...which have been suppressed by vested interests
in oil, and other profitable energy resources.
Saturn
Saturn will be in Libra at 16 degrees January 1...retro-grading back once, and eventually hitting 28 degrees by December
31. It starts it's retro-grade January 26; allowing those of you having Saturn in Libra, at 10 to 16 degrees making contact
with your inner planets, (those being Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars), the chance to reevaluate exactly where you
need to make changes, thus restructuring your lives. Cardinal signs are being targeted more dynamically, those being
Libra/Aries, and Cancer/Capricorn...but all of us have these signs/degrees in our chart somewhere. The sector in your
chart where Saturn is transiting, is where the changes are impending. We all have twelve sectors in our astrological
chart, ruling different areas in our lives.
The final Saturn opposition to Jupiter will be on Mar 28th. Saturn wants to keep things in control...Jupiter has a desire for
expansion...when/where they oppose each other in your chart...you may feel a bit of confusion, doubt...inertia...for
example my sector ruling soul/comfort zone has had Saturn transiting it...Jupiter is in the opposite sector, career. I have
sat on my duff...moving not a hair until Saturn's move into my sector ruling creativity October 2010. It took Jupiter
(expansion) moving into the opposite sign(Aries) that Saturn is in for me to take action. Remember Saturn's' urge is for
restructuring. It only makes this 'dance' through Libra every thirty years...which it is in it's 'exaltation' in the sign of Libra,
making it very strong. I have been asked by my clients for years, to get a book written on the subject of mother/child
dynamics from a spiritual perspective...well, now I will be teaching this information at a new store in Folsom called Heart
and Hearth May 18th 7-9 PM. It is located at 6611 Folsom-Auburn BLVD., suite L. It's strange how stubborn we can
be...always waiting until we feel 'perfect' enough etc. When we work for the good of humanity; in any way, we have a
clear channel to 'Spirit'...it comes through us...not from us....so no more procrastination...get moving...God/Goddess, All
that is, needs every single one of us to help in some small way, with the shifts in consciousness. If you don't know what
it is, I will give you a hint...what do you feel passionate about...what would you do for free (if you didn't need to make a
living); what lights up your heart? It may be buried, but you have the support to bring it up....don't miss this chance. It's
only by helping others, that we move out of our self made prisons of despair...let go, let God.
Uranus
Uranus, the planet of radical change is moving into the sign of Aries, March 11. This planet hasn't been in this sign for
eighty-four years. It will be making a challenging aspect to Pluto starting March 11, and will remain five degrees of this
challenge for the entire year. Then, moving closer by degree...will make seven exact connections from 2012-2015. These
planets both stand for revolution, and evolution. Many years of corruption, and inequality strike the nerve for the need to
shift these energies to fair and just. We may see several revolutions such as, the one we all watched going on in Egypt.
On a personal level, wherever we have inner planets close to these degrees, we are shifted into change, whether we
want it or not. We all know, where change is needed in our lives...but moving toward change isn't easy. We may appear
to be very successful in our areas of life that others see, so don't want to upset our 'status' in the eyes of others. If we
are living in-authentically, our hearts scream out for change, only to be silenced by our logical minds. Addictions are
rampant in our culture, whether to shopping, drinking, eating, smoking, legal and illegal drugs...shows where we are
stuck in maintaining status quo. With Uranus/Pluto challenging us, we must initiate change, or have a breakdown of some
kind. When the body breaks down, there is a mindset which needs change...emotions, thinking, etc. If you haven't seen
Louise Hay's book "You Can Heal Your Life", you might consider checking it out. In the back of the book, it lists the
majority of the ailments we can experience, and explains the mental process involved...with affirmations to release the
unconscious thinking/emotions creating the experience. Remember everything 'out there' comes through us...not to us.
It's very powerful to understand that there is no 'bogeyman' out there...only a belief system 'within' that needs editing. So
all of us with early degrees of the cardinal signs (Aries/Libra, Capricorn/Cancer) whether your Sun, or one or more of
your inner planets...heads up! Change is certain, now is the time to take the reins, and guide yourself to where the
change is needed. Uranus never takes anything/person away if they hold authentic value to your evolution.
Neptune
Neptune, the planet of esoteric arts, music, spiritual healing (it's highest expression) has been in the sign of Aquarius for
the last fifteen years approximately. Neptune is considered the higher octave of Venus. Venus loves, to be loved in
return...Neptune loves, simply because it is love. If you have any inner planets at 26-29 degrees of Aquarius/Leo,
Taurus/Scorpio, you may have experienced some desire to understand this entity which many call God. You may have
tried different organizations which search for meaning beyond organized religion. Neptune's influence is hard to pin
down, it has a very ethereal presence. Every planet has it's lower vibration. Neptune's transits can bring delusion,
confusion, deception by others, or self deception...which can be heightened by alcohol, and or drugs. You can
experience a love relationship through rose colored glasses, and when it moves past a 'harsh aspect' of your inner
planet, wonder... "What was I thinking?" If you have it in what is considered, a supportive aspect; you might have joined
a special group of people with healthy aspirations for important change for our world at large. Neptune transits tend to
encourage getting involved in some type of social overhaul, in the sign of Aquarius. It will stay in the sign of Aquarius
through the end of 2011, with brief visits to Pisces. Neptune will enter the sign of Pisces, it's ruling sign, creating a
powerful movement toward broad humanitarian concerns in 2012, and remain there through 2026.
Pluto
Pluto is considered the Lord of deep transformation, also known as the Lord of wealth...rules death and rebirth. Pluto is in
the sign of Capricorn. Pluto compels us to look at the shadow side of Capricorn, which is both the misuse of power, as
well as fear of being one's own authority. It will start at five degrees of Capricorn in January, and proceed to seven
degrees at years end. The signs being supported for deep change are Capricarn/Cancer, Aries/Libra within four to 8
degrees of the sign. Again, the cardinal signs are needing to embrace deep transformational change in their lives. For
example, Pluto is opposing my Venus in my first house ruling 'I am'. An opposition is not an easy aspect...will bring
change to the house of children, love received, and creative projects (where Venus is ruling). It has been in this aspect
for approximately two and a half years. Venus rules my Sun sign (self-will); long story short, my creative work has taken
on a new identity, and I have let go of two of my adult children...emotional Bank of Mom closed...what will happen
remains to be seen. I also lost a grand-daughter due to my youngest daughter deciding adoption was for the highest
good of her child. While I am in complete support of her doing as she sees fit, it was heartbreaking. My Soul agreement
shows that I came here to be of service to others...not to focus on my immediate family, losing track of my agreement.
So you see, Pluto will act as a catalyst for deep meaningful change...we have all heard "Everything happens for the good
of God"...I added..."but not necessarily for the comfort of the human having the experience." We have all made Sacred
agreements with God/Goddess when we take our first breath...sometimes we get caught up in the boxes our world
creates for acceptance. My generation looked to Donna Reed, June Cleaver...Carol Brady for examples of the perfect
mother...oh boy, was that a set up? The challenges with mothers and their children has hit an all time high, consequently
both mothers and their children have resorted to drugs to maintain an air of normalcy. Our entire collective
consciousness is up for immense change, regarding all of the boxes our world has set up. This is the box for beauty,
success, love, marriage, parenting...GET IN!!! It's impossible to be cookie cutter perfect...and who wants to be...we all
have our own special DNA, and fingerprints...no two alike. With Pluto in Capricorn...world government, our monetary
system, schools, are all up for major shifting...it's about time!
